Zopkio Lead
Zopkio lead the trekkers into town. Zopkio are male animals that are a cross bread between yaks and cows. Yaks cannot go to low elevations (below 12,000 feet or so) and steer aren't cut for the job.

2010.09.06 - Tule Elk
Tule Elk
We had a wonderful Labour Day watching Tule elk and going for hike in the Point Reyes area (http://www.nps.gov/pore/). The Tule elk are native to this area and are rarely found elswhere (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tule_Elk).
